Can the recipient choose their Feeding Experience?

Absolutely! Each voucher can be redeemed against any one of our five Feeding Experiences: Penguin, Maned Wolf, Meerkat, Flamingo or Giraffe. There's no need to choose when purchasing – the recipients can decide for themselves!

Is the voucher for two people?

Yes! Each Feeding Experience gift voucher covers two people taking part in one selected experience together.

Does the voucher include zoo admission?

No. Zoo admission is not included with Feeding Experience vouchers. Both participants will need valid admission tickets or zoo memberships for the date of their experience.

How long are Feeding Experience vouchers valid?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. Our Penguin, Maned Wolf, Meerkat and Flamingo experiences are suitable for ages 8 and over, while our Giraffe Feeding Experience is suitable for ages 6 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult in accordance with our visitor terms.

Will I get to feed the animals?

Most of our Feeding Experiences include an opportunity to feed the animals. Our Maned Wolf Experience is slightly different, offering the chance to help prepare enrichment and watch the wolves explore. While we aim for interaction, participation depends on the animal’s willingness on the day.
